About the role

As a Lead Sales Rep for Dreem Health, your goal is to build & nurture our clinical relationships, in order to fuel patient acquisition. You will directly address healthcare professionals, including medical doctors, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, to build connections and secure referral sources. From initial discovery, first contact, to the education of partners about Dreem
Health, you will own the entire ‘sales’ cycle.

What you’ll do

● Identify the appropriate channels to engage and qualify leads
● Track, analyze, and optimize pipeline performance
● Understand and improve our provider value story
● Build relationships between our providers and providers in the community
● Build relationships with corporate wellness centers and large specialty clinics
● Develop updated product messaging & collateral to support go-to-market activities
● Represent Dreem Health at conferences & events
● Work closely together with marketing & operations to coordinate lead generation efforts

Who you are

You own your projects — You’ll be the first sales representative to join the team. You’ll take the lead on all the different sales initiatives, working alongside our cross functional teams of physicians, engineers, and operators. This will require great organizational skills and follow-through on different tasks.

You have a proactive mindset — We’re moving fast and have a lot to build along the way. We’re looking for someone proactive in their endeavors, rigorous in their approach, who knows how to move fast and get things going. It’s crucial that you’re able to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances.

You are a great communicator — You’re comfortable building rapport with a variety of different individuals and know how to build trusting relationships. With strong written and verbal communication skills, you are both persuasive and a good listener.

You’re tenacious and don’t fear rejection — Welcome to sales! You’re not afraid of taking initiative and sometimes rejection. It’s important for you to be comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing results to find solutions.

You are willing to travel — Local traveling by car is going to be an important part of the job (20-40%). This is something you should be looking forward to!

Ideal background for the role

● At least 2-3 years of experience in sales or similar role. ● Min. bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or other relevant fields
● A good understanding of the healthcare ecosystem is a must
● Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
● A track record of achieving sales quotas
● Passionate about the intersection of technology and healthcare would be a major bonus
● Pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience preferred

Additional information

The role is Bay Area based. The range of base salary for the position is between $60,000 -$75,000, excluding bonuses and benefits. Please note this range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, or competencies.
